Flooding expected. Take action now.
Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding on Tuesday. Flooding is expected on 03 February 2026, as 15mm of rain has fallen today (03/02/2026). River levels are expected to continue rising today (03/02/2026), as further rainfall (up to 5mm) is forecast. Flooding will affect near Mill Farm, Blackwater Mill buildings, and property at Sandy Lane, Blackwater. Property on the riverbank at St George's Way may also flood. Rain is expected to continue until 21:00 tonight (03/02/2026). Further rain is forecast on Thursday (05/02/2026) and Friday (06/02/2026). This will likely cause the river to respond again. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Activate any flood protection products you may have. This message will be updated by 6:00PM 04 February 2026.
