River levels at the Lydbrook and Ross on Wye river gauges have now fallen below the flood warning threshold. However, the risk of flooding remains. Flooding may be affecting properties and roads in and around Lydbrook. The B4234 at Lower Lydbrook may be affected. Further rainfall is expected over the next 48 hours. River levels are falling, but still pose a flood risk. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated by 1am on Friday 21/02/20, or as the situation changes.
