Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding on Saturday.
Flooding is expected on 07 February 2026 because of the combination of rain and high tide.
The next high tide is forecast at 02:15 and 04:10 on Saturday morning (07/02/2026). The water level is expected to be 4.89 metres Chart Datum (2.15 mAOD). Flooding will affect the access road and car parking areas near the White Swan Pub and car garage at Mansbridge. Water may be forced up through the floor of the Pub. Riverside Park will also be flooded. Levels may also be very high around Gaters Mill. Saturday's tide at 14:20 is forecast to be 25cm lower. However, further rainfall (20mm) is expected Saturday (07/02/26), so river levels will remain high. Flooding impacts will remain similar.
We are checking rivers for blockages and liaising with Southampton City Council on operation of Woodmill.
Activate any flood protection products you may have including defences around the White Swan pub.
