Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding on Monday.
Flooding is expected on 16 February 2026 from 10:00AM due to the combination of rain and high tide.
The next forecast high tide is at 10:15 and 12:15 on 16/02/2026. The water level is expected to be 4.88 metres Chart Datum (2.14 mAOD). Flooding will affect the access road and car parking areas near the White Swan Pub and car garage at Mansbridge. Some water may be forced up through the floor of the Pub. Parts of Riverside Park will also be flooded. The next high tide forecast at 22:45 16/02/2026, is expected to be 24cm lower. Flooding impacts are possible over this tide. Only a small amount of rain is forecast in the next 2 days, but tides and flood risk will be elevated in the coming days.
We are checking rivers for blockages and liaising with Southampton City Council on operation of Woodmill.
Activate any flood protection products you may have including defences around the White Swan Pub.
