Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding on Monday.
Flooding is expected on 16 February 2026 due to a combination of high river flows and high tides.
High tide is forecast at 22:45 16/02/2026 and 00:45 17/02/2026. The water level is expected to be 4.65 metres Chart Datum (1.91 mAOD). Flooding could affect the access road and car parking areas near the White Swan Pub and car garage at Mansbridge. Some water may be forced up through the floor of the Pub. Parts of Riverside Park will also be flooded. The next high tide, forecast at 10:45 17/02/2026, is expected to be 10cm lower. Flooding impacts are possible, but not expected on this tide. However, flood risk will increase from Wednesday 18/02/2026, as more rain, possibly heavy, is forecast.
We are checking rivers for blockages and liaising with Southampton City Council on operation of Woodmill.
Activate any flood protection products you may have , including defences around the White Swan Pub.
