Flooding possible. Be prepared.
Rain is forecast from Wednesday afternoon to Thursday. From 02:00 on 19/02/2026, minor flooding could affect fields and rural roads between Coolham and Henfield. If more rain occurs than is forecast, isolated property flooding could be possible at Slaughter Bridge, and minor flood impacts may affect gardens in Shipley. Only isolated showers are forecast Thursday afternoon, Friday, and over the weekend. River levels should begin to fall by 12:00 on 19/02/2026, and return near to normal by Friday. Unsettled weather could continue throughout February, with further periods of flood risk possible. Avoid roads that flood, including Slaughter Bridge, Coolham Road. This message will be updated by 20:00 on 19/02/2026.
